How it works

Five steps, from folder to feed.

Every mock-up below is live. Press the buttons, drag the posts. Nothing to sign up for yet.

Works with Dropbox, Google Drive or OneDrive. About 15 minutes from first paste to a month on the calendar.

  1. 01

    Paste the folder link

    About 10 seconds

Your editor already made the folder. Share it as "anyone with the link" and paste it in.

Every video in it is transcribed. Each caption is written from what was actually said, in the voice, offer and call to action you set for that brand.

A subfolder of images becomes a carousel post, titled by its first slide.

Try it: the link types itself in, and each clip flips to Caption ready. Click a clip to read its caption.

    Spread it across the month

    One click

One click lays the whole batch out across the weeks, using the posting times you set. Or weave new clips into what is already planned.

Drag a post to another day. Tap it to swap. Filter by type, see the gaps.

Everything sits on one calendar per brand, in that brand's time zone.

Try it: press Spread across the week, then drag a post to another day.

Get the yes, if you need one

    A minute on their phone

Posting for yourself? Skip this step.

Working with clients? Each one gets a private link. No login, no app. They watch, read the caption, and tap Approve or Request a change.

Approved posts flip to Scheduled. A change request lands on the post it belongs to, with a task for whoever owns it.

Try it: this is what the client sees. Press either button and watch the team side update.

    Post, then let it sync

    Runs daily on its own

You post, or your team does. Connected accounts can publish on their own at the scheduled time.

Once a day the sync reads the profile, matches what went live to what you planned by caption, length and hook, attaches the links and pulls the numbers.

A post that didn't go up is flagged on the Tasks page with a name next to it.

Try it: run the sync and watch it match three posts and flag the one that was missed.

    Read Monday's recap

    Ready every Monday

One page per brand: what went out, what it did, and what to make more of.

Best posting times, best formats, hooks that beat the median, and posts worth running again, all from that brand's own numbers.

Views, likes, comments and follower growth come from the public profile. Saves, shares, retention and link taps appear once the account is connected.

Try it: the numbers count up, then the best times fill in against the median.
