For creators, social managers and agencies

Paste a folder link. Get a month of captioned, scheduled posts.

Contentinsync transcribes every video, writes the caption in your voice, lays the month out on a calendar, then tracks what went live and how it did. Posting for clients? They sign off through one link, no login.

From $9 a month for one person. Teams are $24.99 a month flat, with no per-client or per-seat fees.

Caption

Captions show up here as each clip finishes.

The real problem

The videos are done. Everything after that is what eats your week.

The videos were finished days ago. Then the captions go in a notes app, the calendar goes in a spreadsheet, and the numbers live in screenshots. If you have clients, approvals happen in a text thread on top of that. Every handoff is a place a post goes missing, and you find out on Thursday, when nothing went up.

More hours won’t fix that, and neither will another scheduler. A scheduler starts when the post is already written and approved. The mess is everything before that.

Folder to feed

One thread, from the editor’s folder to Monday’s report.

  1. 01

    Paste the folder link

The folder of finished videos, yours or your editor's. Every video is transcribed and gets a caption in your voice, or your client's. Folders of slides become carousel posts, named by their hook.

  2. 02

    Spread it across the month

One click lays the whole batch out on the calendar, or weaves new clips into what's already planned. Drag to move, tap to swap.

  3. 03

Get the yes, if you need one

Posting for yourself? Skip this step. Working with clients? Each one gets a private link. They watch, read the caption, and approve or ask for a change. No login, no app. Approved posts flip to Scheduled.

  4. 04

    Post, then let it sync

You post, or your team does. A daily Instagram sync marks what went live, attaches the link and pulls the numbers. The Tasks page shows what's late and whose it is.

  5. 05

    Read Monday's recap

One page per brand: what went out, what it did, and what to make more of. Best times, best formats, hooks that hit, posts worth running again.

Walk through it step by step

What you get

Everything between “export finished” and “here’s how it did.”

Transcripts and captions

Every reel transcribed. Every caption written from what was actually said, in the voice you set for that brand. Edit anything before it goes out.

Carousels, named by hook

Drop a folder of slides and it becomes a carousel post. The first slide's hook becomes its title, so nobody is hunting for "final_v3".

A calendar per brand

Videos, carousels and b-roll on one month view, with posting times in the right time zone. One brand or twenty. Filter by type, see gaps at a glance.

One-link approvals

For client work: they approve from their phone in a minute. Change requests land on the post they belong to, not in a text thread from last Tuesday.

Tasks that name names

What's late, what's waiting on sign-off, and who owns it. The list writes itself from the calendar.

Instagram sync

Matches what's live on the profile to what you planned, by caption, length and hook. Links attach themselves. Missed posts get flagged.

The numbers

Views, likes, comments, saves, shares and follower growth, 30 days at a time, compared with the 30 days before.

What's working

Best slots, best formats, hook patterns that beat the median, and repost candidates. Built from your own posts, not an industry average.

Roles and guest view

On Team plans: owners, admins, editors, and a read-only guest seat for a client's team. Source links stay hidden from guests.

Scheduled publishingRolling out

Connect an Instagram, Facebook or TikTok account and posts go out at the time on the calendar. Connected accounts also report saves, shares, retention and link taps.

Where it came from

Built inside a working video agency.

We made this because we were the ones juggling captions, calendars and approvals in DMs. It runs our own accounts and our clients’ every week, so when something is slow or annoying, we feel it first and it gets fixed.

Questions

The ones people actually ask.

I work with clients. Do they need an account?

No. Each client gets a private approval link. They open it, watch, read, and tap approve or ask for a change. That's the whole job on their side.

Do I have to connect anyone's Instagram?

No. Views, likes, comments and follower counts come from the public profile, so tracking works from a handle alone. Saves, shares, retention and link taps are private to the account, so those appear only once it's connected.

Who writes the captions?

AI writes the first draft from the transcript, using the voice, offer and call to action you set on the brand's profile. You can edit or rewrite any of them, one at a time or in a batch.

Where do my videos live?

In your own cloud folder, where they already are. You paste a share link and we read from it. Nothing has to be re-uploaded or moved, and we never see the rest of your account.

Can it post for me?

Publishing to Instagram, Facebook and TikTok is rolling out account by account. Until an account is connected, you post and the daily sync records what went live.

How does signing up work?

Create an account and name your workspace. We look at every new workspace before switching it on, then you pick a plan. Pay by card, PayPal, Venmo or Apple Pay. Cancel any time and you keep access to the end of the period you paid for.

Is there a limit?

Personal includes 60 video transcriptions and 60 caption writes every 30 days, enough for one brand posting daily with room to spare. Team plans include 600 of each, which covers roughly twenty clients posting daily. Need more? Email us and we'll raise it.

Can I start on Personal and move up?

Yes. Switch to a Team plan from the Billing page whenever you add a teammate or a second profile. Everything you've built comes with you.
