What we collect

How we use it

Only to schedule and publish the client’s own content to the client’s own accounts, and to report how that content performed. We do not sell data, show ads, or share data with third parties other than the platforms themselves (Meta, TikTok) our payment processor (PayPal) and our hosting and service providers (Vercel, Supabase, and the transcription and captioning services that process the content you upload).

Operator access

Contentinsync staff can open a workspace in a read-only support view to help with setup, investigate a problem, or verify that the service is being used as intended. Every such visit is logged. We also look at usage in aggregate and de-identified form (for example, which features are used and how posts perform across the platform) to improve the product. We do not take a customer’s videos, captions or client lists and use them for other customers or for our own marketing.

Storage and security

Access tokens are encrypted at rest and never shown in the browser. Data is stored in the United States. Only invited team members can sign in.

Deleting your data

Disconnecting an account in the app deletes its access token immediately. Removing the app from your Instagram, Facebook or TikTok settings also revokes access, and we delete the stored token when the platform notifies us. To have all of your data removed, email support@contentinsync.com.
